Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you full authority over your email mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox in an instant and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect emails from one e-mail account to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail boxes against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mail box.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mails according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply select the e-mail box you would like to forward messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
